Il comune di Osidda intende organizzare per l'anno 2011 nuovi 5 laboratori:
- Laboratorio fotografico ( 60 ore ). Dovranno essere presentate minimo 10 domande affinché i corsi possano partire. L'obiettivo del corso è quello di insegnare la conoscenza della tecnica nell'arte della fotografia, la produzione e la elaborazione dei file e dei negativi per un loro successivo utilizzo ai fini della stampa, dell'archiviazione e del web, nonché la realizzazione di stampe fotografiche in bianco e nero tramite l'utilizzo della camera oscura e di tutto il materiale necessario che verrà fornito dal Comune di Osidda.
- Laboratorio teatrale ( 60 ore ).
- Corso d'inglese . Those wishing to participate must declare the level of proficiency in English, for the completion of the course according to the different levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.
- Wine making course . The objective of this course is to learn the basics regarding the world of wine, or study and on grapes on the vine and the main processes of winemaking.
- Course dairyman . The the course aims and objectives which aim to train professionals who are able to learn and operate the entire process of processing of milk: milk, rennet, spinning, curing and formation, applying the technology needed to fulfill production of dairy products and cheeses.
